Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to run Entapreneur well and nothing more. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
1. Who we are
Entapreneur is operated by Intelligent Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is the controller of your personal data. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where they apply to you, other data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR. Contact us at hello@entapreneur.org.

We never receive or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment provider. Please do not include sensitive information (such as health or religious beliefs) in your thoughts or profile unless you want it to be public.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account, your wall, the Community and your public pages.
- To analyse and publish your thoughts, create quote cards and certificate images, schedule posts, and publish to the channels you choose.
- To mint Thought NFTs when you ask us to.
- To manage plans, balances, purchases, bids, invoices and refunds.
- To personalise your feed, suggest like minds and show analytics about your thoughts.
- To keep the service safe: moderating content, preventing spam, fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Terms.
- To send service messages and notifications, and, with your consent where required, news about Entapreneur. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
- To understand and improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information.
- To comply with law, tax and accounting duties, and to establish or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account and the features you use); our legitimate interests (keeping the service safe, improving it, and personalising your feed, balanced against your rights); your consent (optional marketing, and anything else we ask consent for, which you can withdraw); and legal obligations (tax, accounting and responses to lawful requests).
5. What others can see
- Public: your name, username, photo, preneurship and public thoughts, and, unless your profile is private, the other public profile fields you add. Public profile and thought pages can be seen by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
- Private profile: if you make your profile private, profile details are shown only to your Kindred, and new thoughts start private.
- Private thoughts are visible only to you.
- Never shown to others: your email, mobile number, date of birth, current challenge, balances, billing details and bids (bids are seen only by the two members involved).
- Comments are visible to others once approved. Your likes, reactions and "inspired" reposts are visible on the thoughts involved.
- Thoughts published to Entapreneur channels or third-party platforms, and minted Thought NFTs, are public outside Entapreneur.
6. Automated processing
We use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to review thoughts and comments against our community standards, to produce analyses and captions, and to rank what appears in feeds. Some decisions, such as whether a comment is approved, are made automatically; when content is not approved we tell you and you can edit it, and you can contact us to ask for a human review. These systems do not make decisions with legal effects about you. Content sent to AI providers is used to deliver the service to you and not to build advertising profiles.
7. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run the service, with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions under contract: cloud hosting and database providers, file storage, email delivery, AI service providers, automation and publishing providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, analytics and error monitoring, and our payment provider (Stripe).
- Social platforms when you publish to Entapreneur channels or, when available, your connected accounts.
- Other members, as described in section 5.
- Authorities or others where required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our members or the public, or to enforce our Terms.
- A successor if Entapreneur is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. Blockchain records
When you mint a Thought NFT, your thought, the name shown on it, the date and a link to its certificate are written to a public blockchain. Blockchain records are public, copied across many computers worldwide and cannot be changed or deleted by you or by us. Please consider this before minting. Deleting your account removes your data from Entapreneur but not from the blockchain.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the UAE or your country. Where required, we protect such transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses and providers' security commitments.
10. How long we keep it
- Account, profile and content: while your account is open. You can delete individual thoughts and comments at any time.
- When you delete your account, we delete your profile, thoughts, comments, connections, notifications and uploaded images. We keep a limited archive record (such as your email, account history summary and billing references) for up to seven years for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- View records used for analytics: up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Many of these you can do yourself in My Profile: edit your details, make your profile or thoughts private, or delete your account. For anything else, email us; we may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
12. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and secure, and to remember preferences such as your theme and the last dashboard view. We do not use advertising cookies. Our payment provider may set its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention, under its own policy.
For visitor statistics we use Google Analytics, and we ask before it is allowed to store anything. Until you accept, it sets no cookie and records nothing we can report on; if you decline, it stays that way. If you accept, it sets one analytics cookie so that repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser. It is never used for advertising: advertising storage, advertising signals and personalisation are switched off, and we do not share this data with advertisers or let Google use it to follow you to other websites. If you are signed in, we also send Google your account's internal identifier — never your name, email address or anything else that identifies you — so that your own visits can be counted together. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the choice back.
13. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls at the database level so members can reach only what they are allowed to, restricted staff access, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us about any suspicious activity.
14. Children
Entapreneur is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are material we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
